Haro 12cm, 1 1/8" quill stem with a 30-degree rise, 25.4mm bar clamp diameter. Used, $25.00/each

• Actual rise: From the level of the quill's minimum insertion mark to the center of the bar is 7cm.
• We do not have this stem's expander wedge and bolt.

Lovely workmanship on this stem. If you have an expander bolt and wedge for this stem, you can find youself with a bargain. Note: This stem can also act as a front brake cable housing stop.
