ITM, short for Italmanubri, or "Italian Handlebars", is headquartered in Grumello del Monte, near Bergamo, in northern Italy. The bicycle parts manufacturer has been around for nearly fifty years.

Responding to the pressures of modern commerce, the company now has branches in Taiwan and China.

Here are the basic specifications of the Millennium stem:

• Millennium stems have a 26.0 bar clamp diameter
• Made from Ergal 7075 T6 aluminum alloy
• Made for 1 1/8" steerers with an easily removable shim for 1" steerers.
