116mm BCD chainrings fit:

• Campagnolo Nuovo Gran Sport double & triple (made in the late 1970s until about 1985 and came in the Green "Gruppo Gran Sport" box)
• Victory (1985 - 1988)
• Triumph (1985 - 1988)

The smallest ring that can be made with a 116mm bolt circle diameter is 35-teeth.

Bolt Circle Diameter is the diameter of the circle formed by the centers of the chainring fixing bolts. With 4-bolt cranksets, this is easy to measure. 5-bolt cranks are more difficult.
