1. All used wheels that we offer for sale have been overhauled. Some have been re-built with new spokes, bearings, cones, hubs or rims, according to their needs.
2. Quick-release new wheels will be provided with a skewer.
3. All wheels, new or used, have been trued, tensioned, and bearing tension adjusted 
4. Axle bearing tension performed.

Here's the hub. Note the inside spokes are pointing in the same direction, as are the outside spokes because this wheel has a mirror spoke build.

Here's the Mavic 321 disc-specific rim. You cannot use caliper brakes on this rim, it does not have a proper braking surface.
